This new adventure is a dream of mine.  Growing up, my mom was a member of the “Thursday Hobby Club” which I attended in the summer.  They had ongoing projects and created a cookbook each year.  Meanwhile, she and her best friend would always have a craft project or two on our dining room table while the guys were in the den watching TV.  There were great stories to be told and a treasured time to be shared over the years with my mother and her friend.  My mother and grandmothers were my first inspirations and the rest is history.

Friendships are very important to me.  I feel I have learned so much of life through my friends.  I hope to pass on the passion of creativity and the love of friends to my grandchildren.

I am happiest when I am creating projects and planning for future ones at the same time and in the company of my friends.
